    CC2340R5 2.4GHz RF Transceiver Zigbee Bluetooth 5.3 Mini CC2340 Module RF-BM-2340C2

    RF-BM-2340C2 is a lower-power multiprotocol module based on TI CC2340R5 SoC - one of the CC2340 series. The 2.4 GHz wireless module supports Thread, ZigBee?, Bluetooth? 5.3 Low Energy, IEEE 802.15.4, and proprietary 2.4 GHz. It integrates a 48 MHz crystal, 512 KB of in-system Programmable Flash, 12 KB ROM for bootloader, and 36 KB of ultra-low leakage SRAM. The ARM? Cortex?-M0+ core application processor can operate at an extremely low current at flexible power modes. The Bluetooth module enables long-range and low-power applications using 8 dBm high-power with best-in-class transmit current consumption at 12 mA. It features a compact size, robust connection distance, and rigid reliability. The 1.27-mm half-hole pitch stamp stick with chip antenna makes the module more convenient for application and development.
